MBK Fit delivers progressive, instructor-driven programming that inspires and motivates residents in select communities to engage in lifelong health and wellness habits through a fun, dynamic, and diverse fitness environment accessible to all ability levels.

We cater to our resident’s interests and ability levels and create new experiences and longevity. Residents participating in the MBK Fit program are encouraged to discover what they can do rather than what they can’t through movement.

  • Controls the joint swelling and pain associated with arthritis.
