Geographic Locations*: California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah & Texas.

Area Demographics: Middle to upper middle class neighborhoods with high concentrations of seniors and adult children (Age 45 -64), with a current and positive forward trend.

Service Offering: Stand alone or combination of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in a campus setting.

Unit Capacity: 75 units or greater.

Property Status:

  • Stabilized properties with opportunity for upside as well as distressed or management challenged properties
  • Class “A” or “B” properties built after 1985
  • No tax credit or low-income property
  • No skilled nursing care
